Everyone is entitled to a good defence
Depending upon your income and assets you may qualify for subsidised legal assistance, known as legal aid cases. In this case the government pays the majority of your legal fees. You will be required to pay a proportional part of the legal fee to Manders Advocates, the amount of which is determined by the Legal Assistance Council. If you do not qualify for a legal aid case, we work on the basis of an hourly fee. The total amount of legal fees depends upon how many hours are required for your case and we will make clear arrangements with you in respect to your case. Special attention for juvenile criminal law Juvenile suspects also receive full attention at Manders advocates.
Mr Manders likes to have an extensive pre-trial meeting with juvenile clients and their parents or guardians in which the importance of the young person, his or her education and the situation at home are given careful attention.
